She has lived in Ward 4 and owned her restaurant, Trio's, for the past 30 plus years. She is the fourth generation in her family to
have worked in the hospitality industry in Little Rock. Trio's is the only remaining original tenant in Pavilion in the Park
and has won countless awards as an independent restaurant.

She has a life-long passion and a commitment to her hometown. She is a Hall High School graduate and Alumni Association member.
For decades she has given back to her community through charitable and community events including Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance, Our House, Thea Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House.

  • Her family has owned and operated businesses in Little Rock since 1945
  • She is a member of Temple B'nai Israel where she formerly taught Sunday school
  • Immediate past president of the Arkansas Restaurant Association
  • Developed "Restaurant Month" in Little Rock
  • Volunteer chef for the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance Cooking Matters Program
  • 2015 Member of the Year of Member of Central Arkansas Executives Association
  • Current Chair of the Advertising and Promotion Commission, the governing body of the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau
  • Appointed by Governor Beebe to serve on Public Health Advisory for 8 years
  • Co-chair of the Restore Robinson Campaign to renovate the historic Robinson Auditorium

Capi believes in the importance of continuing to invest in our community and improving public safety. She supports economic growth projects and believes building a vibrant downtown area will improve the quality of life for all of our city's citizens.

"Our city has made dramatic changes over the years and is now a vital cultural and economic force in the region. We have made unbelievable strides, but there is so much more we can do. I'll focus on creating jobs and expanding business investment, on continuing to make our city safe and improving our quality of life so that Little Rock can attract new families, businesses and young professionals who'll call this great city home."
